ARTICLE XV – AMENDMENTS AND BYLAWS

A. Adoption

This Constitution shall be considered adopted and in immediate effect if and when two-thirds of the members present and voting in a regular business meeting of the church shall vote in favor of it, provided, however, that the proposed Constitution shall have been given to the church administrator in writing, and that it shall have been presented to the church no less than thirty (30) days prior to the time the vote is taken.

B. Amendments

This Constitution may be amended in the same manner in which it was adopted.
