ARTICLE XIV – PARLIMENTARY PROCEDURE

A. Rules of Order

When the parliamentary procedure of a meeting is questioned, Roberts’ Rules of Order shall be

accepted as final.

B. Quorum

A quorum shall consist of the members present.

C. Voting Privileges

No person under disciplinary suspension shall be permitted to vote. All members of the church who are physically present at a duly-called meeting shall be permitted to vote except those under

eighteen (18) years of age.

D. Absentee and Proxy Voting

There shall be no absentee or proxy voting.
